About this mod Machine translation
All settlements have been extended!
Add screenshots of your settlements, would love to see them!
What does this do?
All scratchable items outside of the original build area are now scratchable. Increase the building area. Added NPC sandbox. No objects or terrain were encountered. No enemies spawn markers within the build area. New custom borders in vanilla style are also shown so they look great.
I recommend more attackers for more settlement attacks and are fully compatible with this mod.
With the exception of the home base, each settlement has a larger floor area. Usually a water source. But not everyone can have this :/
This is how these settlements should be drawn up. If you're wondering why certain settlements may seem larger, it's because of the density of enemy spawn markers or loadout areas. To solve these problems.
Performance improvements for Bunker Hill and Hangman's Alley!
This mod is designed to run with Complete ASE and improve performance in these locations.
What about Sim Settlements?
Update 1.1 fixes issues with Sim Settlements! Now fully compatible. Thanks to KingGath (SS creator) for pointing me in the right direction. Previously, settlers would not have worked the expansion area. We are all fine now and everyone deserves to be happy haha. This version will work with or without SS installed, no requirements. If you still have questions, please let me know. Version 1.0 will remain an optional file download in case you need to roll back.
What about those protruding objects?
If you're wondering why some objects are highlightable and not scratchable, it's because some mods make the extra scratchable. I'm adding these for 'possibly' scratchability in case you have these mods installed. There are still many things that cannot simply be scrapped. So keep this in mind.
So what about Far Harbor?
here you go!
Neeher's Facebook!
But why should I go there? Are you working on some huge pattern? Oh, is there? Then let me take a look! lol
compatibility
Modify settlement cells and borders to build area triggers and workbenches. Don't move or remove anything. You should not see the cell reset. These recovery modes should work fine. Read Sim Settlements above.
This mod is not compatible with spring cleaning.

Extension of All Settlement | Player's Choice
This mod allows you to individually select which settlements you want to expand for vanilla and all DLC. There's even an ESL version available.

Change the description about each settlement
Sanctuary: Stretching to the end of the bridge, greet the new frontier of Red Rocket. Other edges are also extended.
Red Rocket: Expand to meet the new sanctuary boundary. Nice large shared wall. The water purifier also uses water extension.
Abernathy Farm: Bigger around. Tons of building space on the east end.
Sunshine Tidings Co-op: Muuuch is bigger. Extending to the east, water is the purifier.
Tenpines Bluff: Now more like a 30 Pines Bluff. While there are no pine trees in Fallout 4, Far Harbor does appear... surrounded by larger ones. I wanted to include the little bridge, but the cliff edge was cumbersome. The settlers will be trapped there.
Outpost Zimonja: The extension is built on those rocks instead of around them. Unfortunately, there are a lot of enemy markers around.
Starlight Drive In: Massive improvements. Growing crops involves more dirt. Bigger around …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
