FAQ
Why do telephone poles sink into the ground?
I designed the pole to be in the ground so that it doesn't look like it's floating over uneven ground. They should only sink about 1/3 of the way down the bottom section. If you have trouble placing it, look directly at the ground and it should snap into place.
Does this apply to OldGen/NextGen/Anniversary Editions?
Yes, as long as the checkout menu manager does this.
Can I have a loose/archived version?
It's a loose file as there is only 1 mesh and 8 textures. Archiving them will slow down loading.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
