Use AI-generated HK416 voice to replace the heroine’s dubbing
As the title suggests, a one-time hobby project demonstrates the boundaries of the latest artificial intelligence technology, rather than the boundaries of legality.
Replace the heroine's original dialogue with AI-generated dialogue based on Girls' Frontline HK416 (CV: Ai Nonaka/Aoi Nonaka) and the original Japanese voice (CV: Aruga Yukiko/Aruga Yukiko) via so-vits-svc-fork.
The end result has a number of flaws due to the way the AI works, such as untimely 416 screams when the audio isn't speech like melee shouts or when you exit a cryopod etc.
That said, this mod is provided AS IS. I really don't have much time to do this and there's no commission, after all, 416 is all you need.
The package is divided into two versions, one is completely replaced by 416 sounds generated by AI, and the other keeps breathing/grunts/battle screams as the original sound effects.
In addition, there are individual sound effect replacements for each DLC, which you can choose to install according to your needs.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
