Removed some ITPO cell overrides that the original author missed.
Removed WeaponTypeExplosive and WeaponTypeCryoGrenade keywords from Throwable Icicles. This causes it to not use pin sounds when combined with the New Sounds Pull Pin mod, which makes grenade weapons have no pull pin sounds.
Fixed Seasons Change version so that it does not use injected formid.

Icicle started out as a simple environment mod designed to add some winter charm to the Commonwealth. Icicles hang from various telephone poles, buildings and billboards and can be destroyed as a fun little activity for those who enjoy a little destruction. Be careful...do not stand under falling icicles...it can cause serious injury. They can also be collected and thrown (like grenades), freezing enemies.
Optionally, it can be integrated with a seasonal frame, with the icicles appearing only in winter.
