Cleaned up version of Minutemen General's Uniform.
Comes in original blue or black recolor. and darker versions of both. (see screenshot)
The dark version is now available in 4K.
Install like any other texture mod.
If you want the metal casing in the center to look like mine instead of the vanilla light gray and rusty look you want
