Source of inspiration:
The jacket is inspired by China's iconic Meihua brand sportswear, which dates back to the Cold War and was very popular in the 1970s and 1980s. It has become popular again in recent years thanks to a viral meme on the Internet (pictured below). With its old-fashioned Soviet-style design, I (original author Bethesda Lamenter, the same below) personally feel that it fits the world view of "Fallout" very well. But I took some aesthetic liberties and polished it in a more modern way. You can also use the Ariely Jacket as a bonus or easter egg for this mod, as I found some of the designs to be very similar, so I also made a mix and match of the two outfits.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
