In general, all offsets have been modified to none. The recoil of Red Dragon Water's water bomb is medium (the two plug-ins are small to prevent excessive damage from being seen), and the reloading is fast. The reloading of armor-piercing grenades has not changed, and the recoil is minimal (to prevent you from being seen if you hit too fast).
