Artificer

Summon temporary contraptions with reusable packs and progress through four Artificer armour sets. Craft the packs and armour at the artisan table. Each pack consumes Eitr and stamina when deployed; the pack itself remains in your inventory. Aim at terrain or a building within 5 metres and attack to deploy.

Armour

Wear all three pieces of one Artificer tier to unlock its packs and every earlier pack. Mixed sets do not count. Every complete set grants +50 maximum Eitr and +50% Eitr regeneration.

The trap always deals 75 base damage and staggers; the twig deals 50 base damage without staggering. Armour does not increase any contraption damage. Crossbow reload bonuses apply to all crossbows while the complete set is worn.

The armour has distinct biome headgear and trousers with a matching recoloured harvest tunic. Its base protection follows Lox Fur in the Plains, 22 per piece in the Mistlands, Ask in the Ashlands, and Vanguard in the Deep North. The armour upgrades according to the corresponding biome pieces. The obliterator's blast remains 2,000 damage regardless of the set bonus.

Contraptions expire without dropping materials. They cannot be destroyed by damage. The obliterator blast also damages players, pets, buildings and trees. Hover over a contraption to see its remaining time; press E to dismiss a dismissible contraption. The obliterator cannot be dismissed.

Artificer Crossbow

Craft at the artisan table using 20 black metal, 15 linen thread, 20 fine wood and 10 iron. Uses the arbalest model, fires regular crossbow bolts and has 150 base pierce damage.
