Wet and Cold Backpacks
This is a mod for people who find themselves never taking off the backpacks added by Isoku's Wet and Cold because there is no ingame reason to. Adds two custom effects that decrease movement speed and stamina regeneration rate. This mod isn't going to be for everyone but I wanted a realistic negative to outway the big positive they bring. Effects scale with the size of the knapsack (smaller knapsacks slow you down less). Optional Harsher version with more powerful effects.
