I really liked the reduced health regeneration provided by a few different other mods I have tried, but they all did a bunch of other things too which I wasn't so keen on. I had a quick look for mods which just reduced health regeneration, but couldn't see one I liked, so I quickly made this.
It's quick and dirty, a tiny script fires when you load the game or a save which changes the the rate the player regenerates health at to either a tenth, a fifth, or half of the normal rate, depending on which version is running.
No vanilla records were harmed in the making of this mod.
