Scripted (but ultra lightweight) solution to disable fast travel, must be compatible with any mod, and it is not limited to vanilla worldspaces.

Also it removes one loading screen about the fast travel feature and the message when you click on a map marker with fast travel disabled.

Available in two versions.

The default version includes an MCM with two options: Allow Fast Travel (disabled by default) and Block Fast Travel State (only if fast travel disabled). The second option hides all the MCM options (if you know how to completely remove MCM, let me know how), leaving you without the ability to enable fast travel. It is located a little further away from the first option so that you don't click it accidentally, but if you did, you have the option to set the global variable SimplyNoFastTravel_FastTravelLocked to 0.

The Lite version doesn't include the MCM, and the only way to enable fast travel is to set the global variable SimplyNoFastTravel_FastTravelEnabled to 1. This variable can be edited for both versions to change the default fast travel state.

You need to reload the game (F5-F9) to actually change the fast travel state.
