Mundas - A Standing Stone Overhaul

Mundas is a streamlined Standing Stone overhaul designed to ensure that every Standing Stone fills a niche and offers competitive bonuses to different playstyles. Greater Powers have been removed in favor of passive abilities that will define and support various builds. The more powerful stones often have downsides, in order to give players a choice between building around these downsides in exchange for powerful buffs, or avoiding these downsides in exchange for more modest buffs. Additionally, Guardian Stones no longer provide experience bonuses, which often encouraged players not to trade them out for more interesting gameplay bonuses.

Mundas is designed to complement my mod Aetherius - A Race Overhaul, but it does not require it.

Compatibility

Mundas is lightweight and compatible, and will not interfere with any mod (except for other Standing Stone mods). It does not use scripts and will not cause issues in your game.

FAQ

Some of these stones seem familiar. Didn’t you already have a mod that changed Standing Stones?

In the past, Aetherius changed both races and Standing Stones. However, this caused some problems, especially for console players who can’t use xEdit to make tweaks. I had to decide between hosting about 20 different versions of the mod on Bethesda.net, or just splitting them into two projects and letting players decide for themselves what combinations they wanted.

I found a bug! What should I do?

Report it, either in the comments or in the bugs tab, so that I can fix it as soon as possible!

Does this mod require USSEP?

No, but I have made sure to forward any relevant changes.
