暖氣衛士SSE

這個模組增加了斯卡爾毛皮盔甲，帶有持有標誌，在風舵，冬季持有，和道斯特的衛兵。

Updated  January 3, 2018:  Optional version includes chainmail-covered Skaal armor to Imperial guards in Dawnstar, Winterhold, and Windhelm.  Guard armors now able to be tempered at any armor bench.   I will add tempers to the original file soon.

The poor guards in the snowy regions...

I got tired of watching the guards in Winterhold, Windhelm, and Dawnstar, freezing while on their rounds.   This mod outfits them with Skaal fur armor, gloves, and boots, along with their full face guard helmets and guard shields.

The armor differs slightly, as I removed the satchel, changed the normal map to appear just a little more ragged and used, and changed the Skaal buckle/badge to represent each hold.  (Thank you to AlcoholSwabs, for the fantastic Hold Capital Symbol Vectors resource.  )

*The screenshots show my guards wearing the fur gauntlet and boot, as outfitted in a large personal mod.  This mod equips Skaal boots and gloves, to match the armor.  Windhelm guards are not shown in my screenshots, because my in-use mod has them in different armor.  Their badge is the Eastmarch bear.

The meshes are included because there are now transparencies added.   The 3 guard outfits have been changed, and existing guard cuirasses, gloves, and boots have been removed.   Players with other mods affecting guards will probably need a bashed patch, to sort out the leveled lists.  There are no scripts or anything like that.  All the normal Skaal material and warmth keywords remain as in the vanilla game.  They only look different, and are worth a bit more gold.

• KNOWN ISSUE: On female guards, the badge/buckle is slightly distorted.  This is because of the shape of the vanilla mesh itself. There is nothing I can do to help this, as I don't know how to 3d model.
