Buy [CSG] Soul Gem Fragments from all the Spell Merchants in Skyrim and use them to create empty soul gems. You can also breakdown any empty soul gem back into soul gem fragments. Breakdown the ones you don't need/want to contribute to better soul gems!

Being able to create soul gems yourself is remarkably useful. You now have another way of obtaining soul gems rather than just finding them in random places. Breaking down soul gems is also useful. You can breakdown low capacity soul gems, stock up on [CSG] Soul Gem Fragments, and create high capacity soul gems (i.e. breakdown petty soul gems to create common or greater soul gems).

I've added my own custom soul gem fragments ([CSG] Soul Gem Fragments) to be sold by Skyrim's most notable Spell Merchants.
