WeeWee Proximity Minimap

A circular HUD minimap designed to improve navigation without revealing the entire moon.

Features

• Circular minimap in the top-right corner
• Rotates with the local player by default
• Tracks other living players
• Shows items and monsters only within 5 metres by default
• Points toward the main entrance while inside the facility
• Points toward the ship while outside
• Uses an independent map camera and does not change the ship monitor's selected target
• Every feature can be adjusted through the BepInEx config

Controls

• F2: Toggle the minimap

The toggle key is configurable.

Configuration

Launch the game once to generate:

BepInEx/config/LilWeeWee.LethalCompany.ProximityMinimap.cfg

Available settings include:

• Enable or disable the minimap
• Toggle map rotation
• Toggle player, item, monster, and exit markers separately
• Change the nearby marker range
• Change map size, zoom, and top-right offsets
• Change the player-position arrow and exit-arrow sizes separately
• Change the toggle key

Multiplayer and lobby compatibility

The mod uses LobbyCompatibility and registers as CompatibilityLevel.Everyone with strict patch-version matching. The host and every joining player must have the same minimap version installed. Display settings remain local to each player.

Based on MIniMap by Diman3012/SHLUHA and invertigo260, itself inspired by LethalCompanyMinimap by tyzeron. The original minimap artwork is reused under the project's GNU AGPL v3 license.
