Scandal's Tweaks

This mod has been gutted of most of its original contents and broken into three seperate mods. This, my fixes, and my lib.

This mod as it stands, does not contain much useful to the average player.

What does it actually do?

• Changes layermasking of several enemies to exclude vehicle layer.
• Transpiles the RadMechAI and BaboonBirdAI, to allow people to define whether they should see through vehicles on a given player collider. (for example, to allow them to see people in the Cruiser)
• Caches multiple references to custom content (such as Kenjis Weathers) to allow compatibility for my vehicles.
• Transpiles JLLs blower-fan trigger with Kenjis Gusty Weather, disallowing pushing in the ship and allows defining custom safety conditions. (Scandal's Fixes also partially covers this, but Tweaks does more and takes prescedant)
