Adds more variation to the lights on the ship

Features

Settings

• Colour: Changes the lights to one of the fixed colours (which includes Chroma aka Dynamic Lighting).
• Brightness: Brightness of the lights.
• Chroma Speed: Changes the speed that Chroma transitions from colour to colour.
• Light Syncing (Multiplayer only): SERVER and LOCAL, local giving the freedom to customise your lights even if others have the mod.
