Configurable Jester Fear
When indoors, gives you fear effects when the Jester winds/pops! You can configure how much fear effect is given for each situation, just load the game with the mod to generate the config!
I originally made this mod because i liked the idea of getting fear effect when a Jester has popped so it is at least slightly more forgiving, but i found that getting fear effect just from it winding is too much of a nerf, so i set out to make this! I then found the original mod isn't networking (making it a bit of a cheat), so i made mine networked as well!

-Heavily based on this mod by vy. However, other than being configurable, this mod is fully networked, meaning the host must have the mod for it to run (to prevent clients cheating.).
-All clients will use the config settings the host has, and the mod will not work for clients if the host doesn't have it!
-As the host, you can change the config in-game and see the changes applied in real-time without reloading!
-If you are testing with Imperium, be sure you haven't disabled "Fear effects" in the render settings!!
-Requires CSync.
