Toss out those pesky pistol and undersized rifle calibers, only oversized and explosive payloads will do.
This character was formerly called Heavy Ordnance Harold.

0.1.0- KNOWN BUG: Reload the scene if encountered. Broken runs occur, noticed by the empty small case, no music, no wrist map, no health weenie, no melee weapon, and no sosigs. The M320 grenade launcher is the issue.
