• Adjusted the cost of buildings to match the changing Production bonus of the policies.

• Changed Strategic resources to help beyond war in the middle and after.

• Buffed the basic performance of buildings with poor efficiency in the middle and after.

• Mitigated the expense of districts that go up too sharply.

• Mitigated the phenomenon that districts rely too heavily on certain terrain.

• Greatly buffed specialists to increase the value of food.

• Changed unique improvements like Fort to be properly treated as Fort.
