Use UMM to install the MOD and enable it
The sect title is available to all sects, and will be removed together if deleted. When the NPC becomes an inner sect, it will automatically add the sect title, and automatically equip the first sect title as the default title (so the first suggestion is to put the one that is common to all disciples, such as your own sect name + "disciple")
To add a title to the NPC list, add the input in the upper left corner and set it individually for a certain NPC. The color is based on the color test in the upper right corner.
