About this mod Machine translation
This mod adds a new option to the soldier customization screen, allowing you to create and save customizations on a per-character basis. These will be saved with your campaign. You can use this mod to quickly change out any "uniform" of that soldier.
Features:
Preserve and use personal uniforms for all Soldiers.
Personal uniforms can be used by everyone globally.
Uniform and export from a campaign and import into another campaign.
From the Squad loading screen, you can apply uniforms to all soldiers matching a uniform gender. Make sure you create the unified picture you want. Or import global uniforms directly during the squad loading step.
You can choose which aspects of the uniform a soldier "wears". These aspects cannot be imported at the moment: Voice, Nationality, Attitude.
Environment and biome mission intel are shown in the Squad loadout uniform selector. Check XComSquadUniform.ini to turn off this feature. **Note: People are reporting unusual times. If this happens to you, please send me a save before starting a task that I can debug.

Install:
- Download the compressed package
- Unzip the file
- Copy the files to the MODS folder
- Run the game
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
