True Traceability AWC

Fixed AWC so that each soldier now correctly accesses their hidden abilities.

Here's how the AWC works, when you recruit a new soldier that has the AWC built, the game rolls that soldier's hidden abilities with specific level requirements; or when you build the AWC, it rolls for all of your existing soldiers; and then this part starts causing problems, when your soldier fully lands at the level required for the hidden ability, those hidden abilities won't be revealed (This is not the level when you gain the ability of the original class, just the AWC generated by a random number), so if the required level is lower than the soldier's current level, bad luck, then the soldier loses the chance to get the extra bonus, unless you rebuild the AWC and then regain the perk for everyone, but it's also not ideal (you need to keep reinvesting and building takes time),

To gain access to hidden perks, access the Soldier Abilities screen from your Armory.

WARNING: As any XCOM 2 mod does, saving the game with the mod enabled will cause saving the game to only work with the mod enabled, as this is a mod that should not lose content after directly changing existing variables if you decide to disable the mod.

Question, do you have to use this mod to fix it now? Please follow this guide first! It may solve your problem (works with all modules)
