This mod adds a tech tree button located in the lower left corner of the game window, which displays a detailed, yet compact diagram of the tech tree.
This mod adds a tech tree button located in the lower left corner of the game window that displays a detailed tech tree diagram. The chart is sized to fit in the game window, just scroll up or down using your mouse wheel or scroll bar.
This button both shows and hides the chart and can be used from any screen except in tactical combat. The screen can also be closed with Esc, Space, Enter and the right mouse button.
This diagram shows the key information needed to plan research paths, engineering projects, gray market sales decisions, infrastructure layout, etc., including:
-Research and engineering processes and dependencies
- Base research time for all items, including legendary and non-legendary difficulties
-The cost of all research and engineering items (supplies, asylums, corpses, power supplies, etc.) for legendary and non-legendary difficulties.
-Staffing requirements for all facilities and their upgrades
- Statistical tables of weapons, utilities and experimental items
Alien Hunter DLC items are also included.
NOTE: The tech tree is not dynamic, so if you have mods that modify costs, research paths, weapon stats, etc., the tree will not reflect these.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
