Voicepack I built using Command & Conquer's voice files: Cyborg Commando by Tiberium Sun.
Despite the various Command & Conquer related mods I find it odd that this hasn't been in the workshop yet, so I thought it would be a fun first try.
This mod should work for men, women and sparks. I'm sure a lot of people will prefer Sparks, but I think I'd choose to have both options turned on for fun if they want their soldiers to look like robots, or if they have geth and HK soldiers from Allies Unknown mods, like I do.
This is my first mod. I hope this is the first of many, but I'm starting on the simple end and hope that will lead to bigger and better mods once I learn more about modding, coding, etc.
Currently this is just a side project while continuing to learn game development.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
