Replaces the combat attribute effects of light machine guns (LMGs)
Replaced cannons (LMGs) and overhauled combat mechanics. They now behave and feel like unique weapons, completely different from other weapon classes. Their new cannon sacrificed mobility for unprecedented battlefield control. If the Grenade Launcher helps kill the pods in one shot, these cannons will give you the tools just in case!

Cannons now require two action points to fire (does not affect more powerful abilities).
Cannon Standard Shot suppresses XCOM's enemies, causing target, movement, and willpower to be reduced by 1 turn, causing similar but diminished effects on enemies near the target. This effect occurs even on misses.
Shooting the primary weapon (default fire only) makes enemies more likely to target the shooter.
Trade some consistency for effective putdown hits.
Comprehensive configuration files so you can easily change anything about the mod. This includes changes to new suppression effects!
