This mod allows up to 20 squads in multiplayer! Now you can have hordes of cheap adventures! I may increase the max squad size in a future version. I've tested the mod on all map types in LAN and it works. It should work online too.
Change list:
Lobby and offline squad editing menus now allow selection of more than 6 soldiers
Increased spawn area to allow additional troops to spawn
If you can think of any improvements please let me know.
Update - I've fixed an issue that caused the mod to not work in certain situations.
Install
- Copy the unzipped folder to the following location:
Steam \ steamapps \ common \ XCOM 2 \ XComGame \ Mods
- Enable "MPLargerSquads" in the mod launcher
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
