This character pack only requires three mods! And "Repair" can be selected for WOTC via Halo Reach Helmets.
Note: ARC Trooper still requires the normal pack, as some named characters use armor.

Halo Reach Helmets (WOTC Fix) - - Bug: Only the scarf doesn't work and the armor looks darker than usual, which could make the named soldier's shiny armor blend look too bright and the scarfed soldier only have a black texture on the top torso.
