About this mod Machine translation
Adds 160 characters from Jagged Alliance 1 + 2 to the game. Now includes Lore Friendly option!
This character pool contains all characters from Jagged Alliance 1+2.
All characters are based on the Jagged Aliance Wikia:
http://jaggedalliance.wikia.com/wiki/Characters
There are 4 versions of this character pool:
- “Jagged Alliance 2 Mercs”
76 Charcters from Jagged Alliance 2. Only Mercs, MERC and Recuitable from AIM (including "Wild Fire" Addon)
- "Iron Alliance 2"
111 characters from the Iron Alliance 2. All Mercs, NPCs and enemies (including "Wildfire" plugin)
- "Iron-Blooded Alliance"
160 characters, full version JA 1 + 2 Mercs, NPCs and Enemies (includes "Unfinished Business" and "Wildfire" add-ons)
- “Jagged Alliance Lore Friendly”
This is my attempt to make a hate-friendly version of a Predator character. I've kept a lot of the properties, but used the JA 2 Mercs template to populate the 60+ character bios. More will be integrated later, but for now, I hope you enjoy it.
JA Merc -> XCOM Recruitment
JA NPC -> Friendly VIP
JA named enemies -> Enemy VIPs

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
