About this mod Machine translation
Have you ever lost a superstar soldier and had to start over because the other camps were filled with rookies? Well no more! This module provides soldiers with a small amount of XP after each mission.
How does it work?
In the base game, all units in a mission are rewarded with a small amount of extra XP, even if they don't kill a person. You can read more about it here.
This mod also provides a percentage of bonus XP for soldiers in the barracks (default is 50%).
For technical reasons I can't give unit bonus XP directly, so they get the same number of kills.
Is it configurable?
yes. In the .ini you can configure:
What percentage of XP soldiers are rewarded in the barracks
Whether units can be upgraded outside of missions
Do newbies get bonus XP?
Do wounded or trained soldiers get bonuses? Where is the XP.ini file?

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
