ADVENT ghost

Add ghosts like unite, able to teleport to higher ground and through walls.

Added ADVENT Specter unit to the game.

Introduction:

ADVENT Specter is the result of alien attempts to integrate Codex's "properties" into ADVENT forces. Saturated with psychic energy, the Advent maintains a "spiritual" state that dematerializes her body, allowing passage through walls and any solid obstacle. Specter is equipped with a prototype teleportation ability, similar to Codex's own teleportation, but ADVENT Specter can only teleport to a limited amount of higher ground, and only if she is close enough. The deadliest part of Secter is the Psionic Rifle she wields, which deals Psi Damage on standard shots. It also enables the Wraith to channel Psionic Energy into the rifle, projecting a powerful burst of psi energy that cuts through anything,
