Wuchang Mod Enabler
🎮 **Make module loading more free! **
This Lua script bypasses all restrictions on loading mods, allowing you to replace any resource file in the game.
---
✨ Core Functions
- **Bypass Restrictions**: Allows loading of mods that are not officially signed.
- **Free Replacement**: Any asset file in the game can be replaced.
- **Easy to use**: Just put the module into the designated folder.
📂 Installation method
- Place the folder of this module into the installation directory of the "Wuchang" game.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE (For Xbox Game Pass version)
For the Game Pass version of the game, follow these steps:
- Go to your game Paks folder (usually the path is `Project_Plague\Content\Paks`).
- Place your mod files **directly** into this folder, **do not** use the `~mods` folder.
- Rename your mod pak file so that it follows the existing naming pattern in the folder.
- **Example**: If there is `Project_Plague-WinGDK_3_P.pak` inside the folder, you can rename your mod to `Project_Plague-WinGDK_4_P.pak` or any name with a higher number than the existing file number.
- **Priority Rules**: The larger the number, the higher the loading priority of the module. If you want to use one mod over another, just give it a higher number.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
