Improve recovery

Increases the speed of using Healing Potions/Bone Whistle, and/or improves knockdown recovery. Options for patch 1.4.1/1.5 are also available.

✨ Mod Overview

This mod aims to optimize the recovery mechanism in "Wuchang Fallen Feathers" to make your combat experience smoother!

• **Accelerated Healing**: Significantly increases the animation speed of using healing potions.
• **Optional Bone Whistle**: Provides special options to speed up the use of bone whistle (does not affect other consumables).
• **Enhanced Stand Up**: Improves the player's recovery ability after being knocked down, allowing you to return to the fight faster.

These functions are modular and you can combine them freely!

⚠️ Important Release Notes

With the game updated to **version 1.5**, officials have made **significant enhancements** to the healing potion animation and knockdown recovery (potion usage speed is increased by 31.8%, and you can now roll up immediately from being knocked down). As a result, some of the mod's old options are no longer necessary and are marked "deprecated".

But don't worry! The mod has been updated with the following new options:

• **Patch 1.5 Option**: For players who choose to stay on **1.4.1** version. These options will only implement potion/knockdown adjustments from version 1.5.
• **Patch 1.4.1 Options**: For players who have updated to version **1.5** but prefer the behavior of the previous mechanics. These options restore relevant mechanics to their pre-1.5 vanilla values. (You can also choose to use older, deprecated mod files to achieve this effect).

📥 Installation Guide

• Install Wuchang Mod Enabler.
• Download this mod from the "File" tab.
• In the `Paks` folder of your game's local directory, create a folder named **`~mods`**.
• **Steam users**: Right-click the game → "Manage" → "Browse local files", the path is usually:

`.../steamapps/common/Wuchang Fallen Feathers/Project_Plague/Content/Paks/~mods`

• **Game Pass Users**: The path is usually:

`.../XboxGames/WUCHANG- Fallen Feathers/Content/Project_Plague/Content/Paks/~mods`

• Extract the downloaded `.pak` file into the `~mods` folder.

**Uninstall method**: Just delete the corresponding `.pak` file from the `~mods` folder.
