About this mod Author’s original text
LobbyLifeguard
A lifeguard for your lobby that bans icky people on sight.
This mod is intended to stop unwelcome people that grief WEBFISHING lobbies by guessing lobby codes. If you are the lobby owner (game master), players that are on your banlist that try to connect to your lobby will immediately get booted and banned. If you are not the lobby owner, you instead instantly block the player.
Installation
Download the latest release and extract it to your game install.
You can also install.
Usage
Open LobbyLifeguard's settings by clicking on the Configure button in its entry in the Mods list.
The banlist field accepts a comma separated list of Steam IDs.
The banlist will update immediately upon saving changes, no game restart needed.
Planned features
The following features are not yet implemented but I am planning to add them:
- Automatically add a person to the banlist when booted or blocked through the player list in-game

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide. Most WEBFISHING mods need the GDWeave loader; the bundled readme explains where files go.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
