Kerfur Kurobara
**COMMISSION** Replaces every color of Kerfur Omega with Kaneko Kurobara, rigged to the game's own skeleton so all its animations still play. Covers the carried form too. Named skins are untouched.
About this mod Author’s original text
YOU WANNA COMMISSION ME ADD ME ON DISCORD: forder I DONT MODEL, I DONT RIG. I JUST IMPORT YOUR MODEL IN THE GAME AND EDIT THE RIG SO IT FITS.
Kerfur Kurobara
Replaces Kerfur Omega with Kaneko Kurobara, bound to the game's own rig so
every stock animation still plays on it.
What it changes
Kerfur Omega's named skins; alien, Erie, Maxwell, Monique, mannequin and the
rest have their own meshes and are left alone.
The model is bound to the game's own rig, so walking, running,
riding the ATV and handing over reports all play unchanged. The stock animated
screen face is suppressed because the character has a face of his own.

Has the same model on every color
The wings and tail do not animate.
Proportions shift. Kerfur Omega's arms are about 1.9x longer than the source
character's relative to his torso. The model is fitted to the skeleton rather
than the other way round, which keeps his hands where the animations expect them.
The alternative was hands floating a quarter of a meter from anything they pick
up.
Some holes. I dont model and I dont rig. So can't do nothing about the holes:(
Compatibility
Conflicts with any mod that replaces the same assets — most likely another Kerfur Omega reskin. Whichever loads last wins. It does not touch the skeleton, the animations, or the named skins' meshes.
Requires unreal_shimloader.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
