About this mod Author’s original text

Driving in my car right after a beer...

It's basically a modified ATV, so you can use ATV upgrades on it. You can find it near Tango or buy it.

You can also open a trunk using the Jeep keys, which you can also find near the jeep on Tango or buy.

The spare tire slot is located on the roof above the trunk.

Since version 0.11.0, you also can customize your jeep with custom textures (decals).

How to add custom decals on the jeep

  • Create your own custom decal files in any photo editor based on IntJeepDecal.png (interior) and ExtJeepDecal.png (exterior) from the mod zip archive. It's resolution must be 1024x1024.
  • Go to Users\\AppData\Local\VotV\Assets\ directory and place your custom decal files there.
  • Be sure your interior decal file called IntJeepDecal.png and your exterior decal file called ExtJeepDecal.png.
  • Done! The custom decals will load automatically. If you need to remove it, just delete your custom decal files from the Assets folder.

Jeep upgrades

  • All ATV upgrades (radio upgrade is bugged).
  • Jeep windows - a car windows that prevent objects from flying out of the car interior while driving.

I hope there will be more later.

Known issues / bugs

  • The radio sound is coming from the ATV and not from the jeep.
  • The same one container upgrade has two separate inventories — for the jeep and for the ATV.
  • Kerfur is stoopid and sometimes sits in the car incorrectly.
  • Jeep windows upgrade called 'Physical module (global alert)' when installed (it's a workaround, cuz I haven't figured out the right way to make normal name display yet).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
  3. For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.

Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
