Build piece comfort amount difference shown in the build menu.
Only shows however much it would add where you're currently standing. If it won't change your comfort in your current location, it won't show anything.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
