ValheimPipes
Adds hoppers and pipes to transport items (Forked from ItemHopper by MSchmoecker)

About
This is a fork of MSchmoecker's ItemHopper with several improvements and features. The concept, model, and all the base components of the codes belong to MSchmoecker and Bento#5066! Released under different name with permission from the original author. A big thanks to MSchmoecker for being open to the idea of releasing a fork of his mod!
The main difference is the improved item distribution algorithm. Where the original mod could be a bit unpredictable with throughput splitting, this fork uses monitored output neighbors scanning from the pipe to handle the push instead of asynchronous transfers between all the push/pulls from each hopper and pipes to make it more consistent and reliable. Another difference is the addition of iron pipes, sideways hoppers, and ability to change the rate of transfer in the config (albeit considered as balance-changing)

Bronze hoppers and pipes have a transfer speed of 60 items per minute (1/sec).
Iron hoppers and pipes have a transfer speed of 120 items per minute (2/sec).
Both speeds are fully configurable in the config.
The bronze hopper has three slots while the iron hopper has six.
Hoppers can pickup and move items, while pipes can only move items.
Individual hopper settings
Every hopper can have it's own setting. They appear in a custom UI when the hopper is opened.
- Filter Items: this can be used for automate item routing.
The last item will be remembered with a "ghost" item and only this item type will be moved to the hopper.
- Enable Item Dropping: if enabled and the hopper has no target inventory they will dropped like the smelter does for example.
- Enable Item Pickup: if disabled the hopper will not pickup items from the ground.
Supported Machines and Prefabs
The hoppers and pipes can interact with most vanilla containers, but we've also added specific support for:
- Vanilla Oven (piece_oven): Push and Pull support.
- Vanilla Windmill (windmill): Pull support.
- Clay Collector (BCP_ClayCollector from FineWoodPieces): Pull support.
- Beehive (RDP_beehive from Producers): Push and Pull support.
Seamless multiplayer
The mod aims to work without interruption or major behavior differences of hoppers and pipes in multiplayer.
Manual Installation
This mod requires BepInEx, Jötunn and MultiUserChest.\
Extract the content of ValheimPipes into the BepInEx/plugins folder or any subfolder.
The mod must be installed on all
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
