Valheim Hub Capture
Valheim Hub Capture records your runs automatically. Installing it takes a few minutes.
- Install r2modman. It is free, has no ads, and needs no account. Download it Mod Manager works the same way if you already have it.
- In the manager, choose Valheim, open Online, search for Valheim Hub, and click Install. The manager adds BepInEx for you.
- Connect Twitch at and copy your ingest key. In the mod manager, open Config editor, then app.valheimhub.capture.cfg, and paste this key into Ingest key. Leave Base URL. Keep that screen off stream.
- Start Valheim from the manager. Not from Steam. Your admin page says Connected after the first event.
The mod sends this to your own hub on
- when the run started
- the world seed
- when you died, what killed you, and the biome
- boss kills, and how long into the run they happened
- the game version and the mod version

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
