TerraHoe
Author: SoulEmper0r
Expand the radius of Valheim's terrain tools while keeping the preview and the actual operation synchronized.
Features
- Hold Left Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel to change the terrain operation radius.
- Works with the selected vanilla or modded TerrainOp.
- The preview ring is resized together with the real operation.
- Optional Full Terraforming mode: press F8 to force a large-radius flatten operation and extend the vanilla height limits.
- Debug diagnostics can be disabled in-game with F9 while they are enabled.
Configuration
The file is BepInEx/config/terrahoe.cfg.

FullTerraformingEnabled is the global permission switch. F8 only works when it is enabled. F9 turns active diagnostic logging off; when logging is already off, F9 does nothing.
Installation
Install with r2modman, or place TerraHoe.dll in:
BepInEx/plugins/TerraHoe/TerraHoe.dll
Requires BepInExPack for Valheim.
Notes
Very large radii can temporarily freeze the game because Valheim recalculates the terrain synchronously. Start with 10–20 metres and increase gradually.
TerraHoe is an independent continuation inspired by the radius behavior of MagicMike's MyDirtyHoe.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
