SnepMods
A small pack of gameplay tweaks. Press Shift+P in-game to open the settings
menu — pick a mod from the list to see its own settings page.
Mods included
Few QoL mods that i'm making for me and my friends and thought about shareing them. (will be adding more in the future)
AutoShield
Equip a one-handed weapon and your last-equipped shield comes with it
automatically — no more re-clicking your shield every time you switch weapons.
- Toggle key: F7 (rebindable in the menu)
Compass
A heading strip at the top of the screen showing cardinal directions and
nearby map pins (death markers, bosses, your placed pins, other players, etc.)
projected by direction.
- Toggle key: F8 (rebindable in the menu)
- Adjustable width and height
- Each marker type (death, boss, campfire, home, hammer, circle, portal,
other players) can be shown or hidden individually
AreaRepair
Repair a piece with your hammer and any other damaged pieces within a radius
of it get repaired too — no need to click each one individually.
- Toggle key: F9 (rebindable in the menu)
- Adjustable radius (1-20 meters)
- Respects privately-warded areas, same as vanilla repair
FloatingItems
Items you drop (or that fall) into water float on the surface instead of
sinking to the bottom.
- Toggle key: F10 (rebindable in the menu)
- Adjustable buoyancy force
- Only applies to items dropped after the mod is active — items already
resting underwater won't retroactively float
Settings menu
Open with Shift+P. Click a mod's name to see its settings. While rebinding
a key, press Escape to clear it instead of assigning Escape as the key.
Compatibility
Client-side only — no server-side requirement.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
