Configure mob drop tables
About this mod Author’s original text
Serverside QoL
This mod adds some QoL features as a serverside-only mod.
It's designed and tested for dedicated servers with vanilla/console clients (e.g. XBox/PS/Switch users).
If you'd like to support me, subscribe as a test user.
You can help by testing the beta versions on hexium.
Features
Configure mob drop tables.
On startup, a template configuration file will be generated.
|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|Prefab|The name of the item to drop. This is the name of the prefab in the game files, not the display name. Technically non-item prefabs (like creatures) should also work, but that's not tested. See
|AmountMin|The minimum amount to drop. The actual amount is chosen randomly between AmountMin and AmountMax.|
|AmountMax|The maximum amount to drop.|
|Chance|The probability of dropping the item. 0 = 0%, 1 = 100%|
|OnePerPlayer|If true, exactly one item per player is dropped, other fields which influence the dropped amount are ignored.|
|DoubleAmountAndChancePerLevel|If true, AmountMin,AmountMax and Chance are doubled for each additional level (star) of the killed creature.|
|IgnoreWorldResourceRate|If true, world modifiers that change the amount of resources dropped have no effect for this drop.|
|MinLevel|If set, the minimum level the killed creature needs to have for this drop.|
|MaxLevel|If set, the maximum level the killed creature needs to have for this drop.|
|RequiredGlobalKey|If set, the global key that needs to be set for this drop.|
|ForbiddenGlobalKey|If set, the global key must not be set for this drop.|
|QualityIncreaseChance|The probability for the dropped item to gain an additional quality level (upgrade level of gear/level of fish/level of eggs). 0 = 0%, 1 = 100%|
|DoubleQualityIncreaseChancePerLevel|If true, QualityIncreaseChance is doubled for each additional level (star) of the killed creature.|
|MaxQuality|The maximum quality the drop can be.|
|MultiplyMaxQualityByLevel|If true, MaxQuality is multiplied by the level of the killed creature. QualityIncreaseChance is adjusted so that the chance to get a max quality item stays the same across creature levels.|

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
