SaveFrequency
Changes how often the game is saved and backed up.
About this mod Author’s original text
Description
- Changes how often the game is saved and backed up, meaning the world and the character.
- This could be useful when you would like to restore a previous save, but then you realize it was done a too long time ago, meaning you would lose too much progress if restored.
- By default, this mod will change the game save frequency from 30 minutes to 15 minutes, and the save backup frequency from 2 hours to 30 minutes, but all values are configurable.
- It should be enough that this is installed only on the server (if playing multiplayer).
Another save mod?
- Other similar mods I have tried would not save the world and player data at the same time...
- So if the game crashed, the player and world data would no longer be in sync. This mod changes that.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
