Production & Farming Speed
Customize production and farming speeds directly in Valheim through an in-game configuration panel.
Features
- Individual speed controls for supported production stations.
- Farming and cultivated-tree growth speed controls.
- Adjustable multipliers from 0.1x to 5.0x.
- Open the configuration panel with F8.
- Mouse is released while the panel is open and normal camera control is restored when it closes.
- Restore 1x option to quickly return settings to vanilla speed.
- Designed for Valheim 1.0-era builds using BepInEx.
Installation
r2modman
Install the package normally through your mod manager. BepInExPack Valheim is listed as a dependency.
Manual
- Install BepInExPack for Valheim.
- Copy ProductionFarmingSpeed.dll to Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/ProductionFarmingSpeed.
- Start Valheim.
- Press F8 in-game to open the panel.
Usage
Open the panel with F8, then adjust each multiplier independently. Values below 1x make the corresponding process slower; values above 1x make it faster.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
