Description:
Adds a button to character creation which sets body type to an edited default male body. Uses the same textures/materials as vanilla bodies so should be mostly compatible with armors. Proportions are not too far off barring around the waist, so compatibility with more intricate armors (vanilla and modded both) that have extra geometry should still work okay. That said, it is important to note that this mod does not:
- adjust aforementioned extra geometry on armors, modded or vanilla, to fit the body better
- add any case handling for Hugo's Shapekeys mod
You are also recommended to keep the Safeguard mod set as a dependency active if you have any concerns about your save file. The Safeguard mod adds a small patch on the Player character and resets the body mesh to default male if it's ever found that a character which had this modded slim male body is loaded in an environment without this mod active or working.
You may choose to disable the Safeguard while using this mod with no issues, but definitely make sure the Safeguard is activated before you save your character at least once if you intentionally plan to uninstall this mod or know that a game patch is coming up (which would be liable to break this mod).
Plugin is required by all clients in multiplayer.
Functionality
Click the big "Male Slimmify" button to set body type to the new slim male body. Selecting either the vanilla "Male" or "Female" checkboxes will set the body type back to one of those as one would expect.
It's a bit janky UX-wise since clicking the button won't make any visual impact on the Male/Female checkboxes, but if you see that the character has the slim male body type, then your character will be a slim male. (i.e. if you have "Female" checked you click the button the "Female" checkbox will still be checked - this will have no bearing on the created character save, it will be a slim male and save as a slim male)

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
