Features
Name your ship
- Target the rudder controls of the ship
- Hit LeftShift + E to show the "Rename" dialog box
- Give your ship a custom name (64 characters max)
- Custom ship name will pop-up when within 25 meters (configurable)
Name your cart
- Target the handle part of the cart
- Hit LeftShift + E to show the "Rename" dialog box
- Give your cart a custom name (64 characters max)
- Custom cart name will pop-up when within 10 meters (configurable)
Configuration
Some configuration options are available (default values shown)
- Changes do not take effect immediately for visible names.
- Move out of cutoff distance range to rebuild the name.
- CutoffDistance
- Distance from the ship/cart the custom name should appear/disappear.
- DisplayOffset
- Positional offset from the center of the ship/cart to display the custom name.
- StripHtmlTags
- If enabled, strips html tags (like color/size/b/i) from the displayed custom name.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
