LalalandFoodDeposit
Let V+ Stack All deposit low-stat ingredient foods while keeping prepared meals, strong foods and eitr foods.
About this mod Author’s original text
Lalaland Food Deposit
A client-side companion for Valheim Plus 10.2.0 that lets its existing Stack All action put low-stat cooking ingredients away while keeping meals in your inventory.
Default behavior
- Allows raspberries, blueberries, cloudberries, honey, red and yellow mushrooms, carrots, turnips, onions, and Jotun puffs through the food exclusion when their base health and stamina are both below 65.
- Keeps prepared meals, unknown food items, foods with any eitr, and foods giving at least 65 health or at least 65 stamina.
- Retains V+'s existing matching-item requirement: the chest must already contain that item.
- Preserves V+'s equipment, ammunition, mead, access, ownership, and transfer checks.
Only the player using the filter needs this add-on. The dedicated server does not need it.
Requirements
- BepInExPack Valheim 5.4.2351.
- Valheim Plus 10.2.0 (internal plugin version 0.10.2.0).
- V+ [AutoStack] settings enabled = true and ignoreFood = true.
This version deliberately remains inactive on other V+ versions instead of guessing whether their stacking implementation is compatible.
Configuration
Settings are generated in BepInEx/config/lalaland.fooddeposit.cfg.
| Setting | Default |
| --- | --- |
| Enabled | true |
| ProtectHealthAtOrAbove | 65 |
| ProtectStaminaAtOrAbove | 65 |
| ProtectEitrFoods | true |
| IngredientFoodsOnly | true |
| DepositIngredientPrefabs | Raspberry,Blueberries,Cloudberry,Honey,Mushroom,MushroomYellow,Carrot,Turnip,Onion,MushroomJotunPuffs |
Setting IngredientFoodsOnly to false allows other foods below both thresholds; the eitr protection still applies. Disabling the add-on restores V+'s ordinary food exclusion. Unknown or malformed food values remain protected.
Validation and limitations
Tested against Valheim 1.0.15, BepInExPack 5.4.2351, and V+ 10.2.0. 101 policy checks and 22 compiled patch checks passed. The add-on loaded successfully during an isolated copied-world startup. Actual client and multiplayer depositing have not been play-tested.
This add-on's code was developed with AI assistance and reviewed and tested as described above. It is an independent companion and is not an official Valheim Plus release.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
