- Mod allows out to adjust your night time brightness. Also applies to dungeons and the Swamp biome
- The Night period that this mod is active during is based off of the in game night cycle, a custom feature is availabe, see the Instructions
Instructions
- Using the BepInEx Configuration Manager set your desired gamma adjustement value between 0.3 and 0.99
- Enable the IsCustomTimer feature to set a custom start of day (end of gamma setting) and start of night (beginning of gamma setting)
- Each field can be set indpendantly but both require a value. The default settings are the vanilla start of day and start of night.

- Un-zip IcanSeeClearlyNow.dll to your /Valheim/BepInEx/plugins/ folder.

- Go to Settings > Import local mod > Select ICanSeeClearlyNow_v1.1.6.zip.
- Click "OK/Import local mod" on the pop-up for information.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
