Commands
help
Replaces the default help output with a full command listing showing every command — including normally hidden ones — with color-coded permission tags indicating whether each command is accessible and why.
flags [toggle]
Shows and manages permission overrides. Each toggle bypasses a specific gate-check on console commands:
| Toggle | What it bypasses |
|---|---|
| cheats | Commands that require cheat mode |
| server | Commands that require running server-side |
| network | Commands that require an active network |
| secret | Commands that are hidden from listings |
- flags — Show current override status
- flags cheats / flags server / flags network / flags secret — Toggle individually
- flags all — Toggle all at once
- flags off / flags reset — Disable all overrides
mods
Lists all loaded BepInEx mods. When connected to a dedicated server, also fetches and displays the server's mod list. If other connected clients have HelpDesk installed, their mod lists are shown too.
ping
Measures round-trip time from the server to every connected client and prints the results. Useful for diagnosing connection quality across your session.
Diagnostic Output
When a console command fails validation, HelpDesk prints a detailed breakdown showing the real state vs. required state for every relevant flag — so you always know exactly why a command isn't working.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
