Trash mobs like greyling flee on sight when their forsaken is killed. (configurable)

About this mod Author’s original text

FleeOnSight

Trash mobs like greyling flee on sight. I created this mod because I found Greyling annoying, attacking the player bravely even when the Player has already killed their king, not to mention the other Forsaken.

This mod allows you to set a list of enemies that will run away as soon as they are alerted of your presence. It can be configured per Bosses Killed. Keep the list empty to disable.

Default config makes Greyling fear you when you beat Eikthyr, and Greydwarf when you beat Elder.

Changing the config lists require restart. Update: 1.1 - Added support for Raids.

Feature

You can set which enemies fear the player when a certain boss is defeated.

Configurable Values:

Enable Mod - Enable/Disable Mod.

Disable On Raids - Disable flee when Raid/Boss is active.

Meadows - List of enemies that flee when player defeats Eikthyr. Keep empty to disable.

Black Forest - List of enemies that flee when player defeats Elder. Keep empty to disable.

Swamp - List of enemies that flee when player defeats Bonemass. Keep empty to disable.

Mountains - List of enemies that flee when player defeats Moder. Keep empty to disable.

Plains - List of enemies that flee when player defeats Yagluth. Keep empty to disable.

Mistlands - List of enemies that flee when player defeats Queen. Keep empty to disable.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin

  1. The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
  2. Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
  3. Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
  4. Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.

Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
